• INSTALLATION SCULPTURE •
Large sculpture and installation made using mixed media including textiles and clay, Victorian era dresses, antique objects and relics, church candles, feathers, butterflies, hair, antique books and taxidermy, are exploring themes around beauty and decay, nature versus culture, femininity and the power of creativity and imagination.
Using elements of old myths and fairytales, new stories are brought to life
Many of the works in this portfolio were created for my solo exhibition ‘Into the Ivy‘ held in 2024 at ‘Notre Dame Des Arts’ a beautiful old chapel at the edge of the woods in Ubbergen, Netherlands.
